Specialty coffee refers to high-quality coffee that meets the rigorous standards established by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). To earn this designation, coffee must score 80 points or higher on a 100-point scale through a detailed evaluation process. This process includes defect inspection, professional tasting, and assessment of key sensory attributes such as aroma, flavor, acidity, and body—ensuring an exceptional cup quality from farm to brew.

Our coffee is roasted in frequent small batches by several top roasting partners across the United States to ensure it reaches you at peak quality.

Their roasting schedule are guided by customer demand—not warehouse inventory—so your coffee is never left sitting on a shelf waiting to be sold.

The roasting and fulfillment process is built around freshness, responsiveness, and quality. Many orders are packed and shipped the same day they’re roasted, minimizing storage time and delivering coffee that’s rich in flavor and character.

Every coffee profile is first developed on precision sample roasters. Once the ideal roast level is identified for each lot, the profile is carefully scaled to our 20–30 lb drum roasters for full production.

The result is exceptionally fresh, small-batch, craft-roasted coffee—quality you can truly taste in every cup.

Our coffee packaging is designed specifically to protect freshness and quality. 

Each bag is heat-sealed and includes a one-way degassing valve. Freshly roasted coffee naturally releases carbon dioxide for several days after roasting. The one-way valve allows those gases to escape without letting oxygen back in - which is critical because oxygen is what causes coffee to go stale.

Inside, the bags are lined with a protective barrier that helps block light, moisture, and air. This combination keeps the coffee fresh, flavorful, and aromatic from the roastery to your cup.

Proper packaging is just as important as proper roasting - and we take both seriously.

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping may vary. In most cases, coffee & tea orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Merchandise is processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.

Address Accuracy:

At Wildwood Mountain Coffee Co™, we carefully roast and prepare every order with intention, and we want it to arrive smoothly at your door. To help ensure timely delivery, we kindly ask that customers provide complete and accurate shipping information at checkout and review it carefully before finalizing their order.

While we will always do our best to assist when possible, we are unable to assume responsibility for delays, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of purchase.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we reserve the right to charge the customer an additional shipping fee to reship the package to the correct address. The customer will be notified of the additional fee and must provide the correct shipping address and complete the payment before the package is reshipped.

Shipping Times

We are a US based company and currently ship throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories, as well as, FPO and APO locations.

Estimated shipping times vary based on the shipping carrier, delivery location, and service selected:

• USPS Standard Shipping: Typically 5–8 business days after processing
• DHL/OnTrac/UPS/FEDEX:  Typically 5-8 business days after processing.
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories: May take an additional 7–12 business days

While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, actual delivery times are not guaranteed and depend on the shipping carrier. All orders are shipped with tracking.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order’s progress.

Shipping Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by shipping carriers, including reroutes or failed deliveries.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues or concerns with your shipment, please contact us through our contact page and we will do our best to assist you.

NOTE:  Christmas holidays - Please order by December 7th to ensure delivery for Christmas.

International shipping is not offered at this time.

Returns and Exchanges: 

Coffee & Tea: Due to the nature of the product and food safety concerns, unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items. Please ensure you are choosing the correct coffee or tea, and double check the grind chosen before submitting your order. 

Apparel & Merchandise: All purchases are made to order so there are no returns exchanges.  Please ensure you are using the size charts to verify you are choosing the correct size and double check the color prior to ordering.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a clear photo of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue. 

If you are unable to provide photos of the damaged product, AND the shipping packaging, your request may not be approved.

If a package is rejected at the point of delivery by the recipient and returned to us, or if an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct all shipping charges from a refund of the order. 

Because each item is made to order just for you, any cancellations or modifications must be made within 2 hours of order.
Production begins shortly after your order is received to ensure timely delivery. Thank you for understanding and supporting our made-to-order process.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive and order confirmation via email. As soon as your order ships, we will send you tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

The manufacturer recommends the following:

• For a relaxed fit:  Order 1 size up
• For a loose fit:  Order 2 sizes up
• For an oversize fit:  Order 3 sizes up

Please use the Size Chart on each product to ensure you are ordering the correct size.

A good way to understand the size chart is to lay your favorite shirt at home flat and measure armpit to armpit and compare the measurement to the size chart in the photos.

PLEASE WASH BEFORE WEARING. A pre-treatment is added during the printing process and your item needs to be washed before wearing so that it doesn't fade in the sun or run if it is raining.

-Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F) with like colors
-Wash the item inside out to protect the print
-Do not bleach
-Dryer:  Tumble Air dry and hang up
-Iron: Steam or dry-low heat, inside out and not directly over print
-Do not dryclean

We believe you deserve the best—no scratchy, stiff, or low-quality tees here. Our shirts are made using top-tier brands like Comfort Colors, Bella + Canvas, Rabbit Skins (Infant/Toddlers), and Gildan, chosen based on the style and fit.

Please note that, due to variations amongst computer monitors, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

Additionally, all the physical accessories and decor that you see in the photos are not included.

Direct to Garment (DTG) printing is used.

• DTG produces sharp, detailed, and vibrant full-color prints.
• The ink soaks into the fabric, making the print feel soft and comfortable to wear, unlike screen printing which can create a stiffer feel. 
• With proper care, DTG prints can be quite durable and long-lasting. 
• DTG printing can be used on a variety of fabrics, including cotton.
• Eco-Friendly: DTG printing typically uses water-based inks, which are considered more environmentally friendly than solvent-based inks used in other printing methods.
