AI Imagery Disclosure

Due to new regulations requiring disclosure of AI-generated images that depict people, we are providing the following notice to our visitors and customers.

Some images used throughout our websites and marketing materials may include AI-generated people or AI-enhanced visual elements. These images are used to help illustrate concepts, create lifestyle scenes, and reduce the significant costs associated with professional photography while allowing us to keep our focus on providing quality products at an affordable price.

To comply with these regulations, certain pages or images may display an "AI Generated" watermark or disclosure. Because our image processing and watermarking systems do not currently allow us to selectively mark individual images, an entire collection of images on a product page may carry an AI disclosure even when only one or two of the images were actually created using artificial intelligence.  

For example, the main coffee bag images are actually professional studio shots.  Additionally, they do not depict people, so no disclosure is necessary.  Unfortunately, the software doesn't allow us to deselect photos, which we hope will become a future enhancement due to the new regulations. 

Many of the images displayed on our websites are original photographs, product images, customer-submitted photos, or licensed mockups and photography. The presence of an AI disclosure should not be interpreted to mean that every image on a page was generated by artificial intelligence.

Whenever possible, product images are intended to accurately represent the products offered for sale. AI-generated images are used primarily for illustrative, promotional, or lifestyle purposes.
